To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, each project is analyzed and a comprehensive work document is created. This process helps us and our clients clarify the project requirements, thereby reducing cancellations, setbacks, or disputes.

Pre-Approval Process:

Once the project scope and mock-up designs are approved, no refunds will be given for work undertaken.

Progress Phase:

There will be no refunds once the client has approved the mock-up design and we have moved on to the development phase.

Partial refunds are not available for ongoing projects.

Completion of Plan:

If any work is completed by mutual agreement, the client retains ownership of all work. No expenses will be charged for future development.

Payments made before completion of work will not be refunded.

Testing of Services:

We recommend testing our services before finalizing any transaction. Once the transaction is executed the money will not be refunded.

Cancellation of Services:

We do not handle cancellation of services.
